Payments:
A 20% deposit is needed to secure your booking date.
- This deposit is due within 48 hours of booking
- Deposits are paid via bank transfer
You can pay the remaining balance via:
- Bank transfer (due the day before your booking) or Cash payment (on arrival)
Cancellation Policy
Life is unpredictable... the weather may be bad, or your little one may get sick... and we don't want you to miss out!
Pony Memories have a free cancellation policy up to 3 days before your booking date.
If you would like to cancel your booking, please make sure you do this 4 days before your booking date and your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel your booking with 3 or less days notice before your booking date, your deposit will not be refunded. (If you have already payed in full, you will be refunded the total minus the deposit).
Rescheduling
If you need to move your booking to a different date, you can reschedule your booking - your deposit will move to this date.
Please understand that you are unable to reschedule on the day of your booking - bookings that are rescheduled the morning of will not receive their deposit back.
Bad Weather
If your booking falls on a rainy or highly windy day, your booking will be rescheduled to a suitable date
- If you don't wish to reschedule your booking, you will be able to cancel your booking, and in this circumstance, your deposit will be fully refunded regardless of the 3-day cancellation window.
If Eddie the pony or Elli are unwell or injured, your booking will be rescheduled, or, if you wish to cancel and not reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded, regardless of the 3-day cancellation window.
